Thanks to a brilliant tip from Syl Tang of Hip Guide via my talented fashion stylist friend Rene Garza I got a chance to be one of the first in New York city to view Alexandra Owen's new collection. She has been selling and showing her line in New Zealand for 12 years and this is her inaugural showing in the big apple. All the fashion heavy weights such as Linda Fargo of Bergdorfs, a stylist from Harper's Bazaar, and a few from Elle Magazine saw the line on the same day as us.
